How to use the online form

Here is a How-to Guide about how to use the online form.

You can use the online form to submit a written, audio or BSL video response.



The questions

All the questions are optional. You can tell us as much or as little as you like. We would like you to share what is important to you.

  • There are two short introductory questions about who is using the form;
  • Then you can choose the topics you want to talk about from a list;
  • Then the form asks you three main open questions.

These questions are:

  1. What would you like to tell us about your experiences of the pandemic in Scotland?
  2. What were the impacts of these experiences on you and people you know?
  3. What lessons do you think should be learned from your experiences?

Then there are some optional questions about you. These questions will help us to understand the impacts of the pandemic for different people, which will improve our findings.

Helping someone else to use the form
